Courses in this series include:
EDU 570AF - Teaching Art to Children
EDU 570AT - Teaching Classroom Art Lessons
EDU 570CS - Art Attack
Far more than just a series of gang-buster art projects, these classes involve history, analysis and evaluation relating to art and artists that can be transferred to other areas of the curriculum as well as to life outside of school. For the teacher, learning by doing is the thrust to successful completion of the courses.
You will:
- Create images in the style of some of the great modern artists
- Critique works of art
- In journal form, relate art to yourself and the world around you.
